What is the e-ticketing
redemption?
OTH will be using an online e-ticketing
system for the Tampines Together: Countdown Concert. Participants can now
redeem and receive their tickets electronically through the online platform.
Do I need to create an account
to redeem tickets?
No, you do not need to create an account to
redeem the tickets. Key in the URL: https://go.gov.sg/othcountdown2026 to
directly redeem the tickets.
Ticket Redemption Process
Is there any age limit to
register for tickets?
Ticket registrants must be at least 15
years old.
How many tickets can I redeem
with my NRIC/FIN?
Each NRIC/FIN can redeem a maximum of 2
tickets during the redemption process.
What happens if I only redeem 1
ticket initially? Can I come back to redeem another ticket later?
Yes. Each NRIC/FIN can redeem a maximum of
2 tickets during the redemption process.
When should I redeem my
tickets?
Ticket redemption periods will be announced
for each event. For the upcoming "Tampines Together: Countdown
Concert" the online redemption will start from 19 December 2025, 10am on a
first-come-first-confirm basis while stocks last.
Is there a deadline for ticket
redemption?
Redemption are on a
first-come-first-confirm basis till tickets are fully redeemed.
Why each NRIC/FIN is only
allowed to redeem two tickets? Why not more?
To ensure fair access for all eligible
participants, we limit redemptions to two tickets per NRIC/FIN so more people
have the opportunity to redeem tickets.
I do not have an email address.
How do I redeem tickets?
If you need help, you may consider asking a
family member or friend to assist you. Alternatively, contact us at our_tampines_hub@pa.gov.sg or 6340
3636 during office hours for assistance.
Please note that tickets redemption is based on first-come-first-confirm basis
while stocks last.
Receiving and Managing E-Tickets
How do I receive my e-tickets
after redemption?
After successful redemption, your e-tickets
can be downloaded via the download button on the website. The e-ticket will
also be sent to the email address provided during registration. Please check
your inbox and spam folder.
Can I transfer my e-ticket to
someone else?
E-tickets are tied to the NRIC/FIN used
during redemption. You may transfer the ticket. Once ticket is being scanned
for entry, the ticket will be invalid.
What if I lose my e-ticket?
Please contact us at our_tampines_hub@pa.gov.sg or 6340
3636 with
your NRIC/FIN and registration details. We will assist you in retrieving your
e-ticket.
My friend cannot attend the
concert and pass me the photo image of the ticket. Can I enter?
Admission to venue by printed / electronic
tickets must be produced for admission. Once ticket is being scanned for entry,
the ticket will be invalid.
I lost my ticket. Can it be resent so I can gain entry?
Please approach our friendly staff on duty
outside Gate 17 North / Gate 19 North.
Event Day Information
What should I bring on the
event day?
Please bring your e-ticket (either printed
or displayed on your mobile device) for verification at the event entrance.
Can I bring food and drinks to
the concert venue?
Food and beverages are allowed.
Is there assigned seating?
No. This is a free seating event.
Can I leave and re-enter the
venue during the concert?
Yes, you can. Upon entry, a wrist tag will
be given to the ticket holder. Identification for re-entry is by wrist tag.
Make sure you have your wrist tag on at all times to gain re-entry.
I am late for the concert. Can
I enter?
For the upcoming "Tampines Together:
Countdown Concert", tickets will not be valid after 11.15pm. Entry will
base on seats availability on first-come-first-serve basis.
My tickets are at (level 4 /
level 2). Can I change to the other level?
We do not allow seat changes between levels
as all tickets are accounted for and allocated.
Entry Requirements
I have my child with me. They
can sit on my lap. Can I bring him/her in to watch the concert with me?
Individuals below 90cm may enter however,
they will not have a seat. Individual above 90cm will require a ticket for
admission.
What should I do if I need a
wheelchair seat?
Please approach our onsite staff at the
entrance to arrange for alternative seating.
Why height limit is the
criteria for entry requirement and not other consideration factors such as age?
Height requirements ensure children can
safely participate in the concert environment. Unlike age, height is a more
reliable indicator of physical readiness and safety for crowded venue
conditions.
